Our Parent Teacher Organization is a volunteer organization whose mission is to support the efforts of Kabbalah Children’s Academy and to build a strong community around the activities of the school. From embracing new families and welcoming them into the community to creating fundraising events to support unique projects, the close-knit team of volunteers work to ensure that every aspect of school life can be enhanced. The PTO provides a large selection of volunteer opportunities throughout the year at every level of involvement. We also look for ways to engage the broader community surrounding the school with events such as our annual bike ride.
The PTO hosts general meetings 3-4 times per year providing our parents and teachers with information regarding our events, special projects, updates from the administration and our School Board as well as relevant guest speakers on topics such as security, IB and mindfulness. We invite our entire community to attend these meetings as way for participants to share ideas, meet and mingle and provide feedback on our school operations.
